PHOTOVOICE PROMPT #2: The Only Things Tourists See

What do you see here? (Addressed to the whole group)

School child, cute and beautiful.

School girl dressed in uniform. Indentification.

School girl waiting for her mum or the bus.

Tourists always see school children in different colored clothes. The future of Grenada.

The hope of Grenada, doctor, Prime Minister, anything.

Why did you take this photo? (Addressed to the photographer)

From the boat terminal the first sight includes flocks of school children. Especially certain times of morning and afternoon at certain times.

What is really happening here? (Addressed to the whole group—alternatively what does the photograph represent?)

She will turn into an adult, she represents the future.

Child going to school to earn her education.

She’s in a village setting with nature and vegtables in the background – she’s a country child at her “home base.”
