OAS/GNT Sustainable Heritage Endorsement ProgrammePHOTOVOICE PROMPT #6: Grenada's Future
What do you see here? (Addressed to the whole group)
trees, rocks, dirt, wall, bridge, under construction
Why did you take this photo? (Addressed to the photographer)
The government is building a bridge connecting Mt. St. John’s to St. James. Father used to go to Mt. St. Johns to pick cocoa when he was younger. They used to have a lot of agriculture going on. New infrastructure shows growth and shows that you can always find ways of developing the country.
What is really happening here? (Addressed to the whole group—alternatively what does the photograph represent?)
Development, anticipated development
Easier path, people staying connected
Making the place better, easier for future generations
Connecting people together.
Creation of better roads
